Apple says the announcement of three new models in a single quarter in the second half of 2017 is an unprecedented effort for Apple. With three new models in the boxes for the second half of 2018, Apple could have used all its development resources.

Ming-Chi Kuo said that delays in the launch of the iPhone X in the past year show that Apple is not strong enough to launch more than three phones a year.

For this reason, Apple will do everything to avoid delivery delays by introducing the new three models. It seems inconceivable that Apple has the resources to develop a fourth terminal for the second half of 2018.
